Item Care

We recommend hand washing so you can enjoy your intimates as long as possible, and lay flat to dry. 

If your item has an underwire or embellishments like beading or 3D fabric pieces, carefully hand washing is the only way to wash to ensure your lingerie stays in beautiful condition. 

We recommend and sell Soak laundry wash that is great for your hand and machine washing. 

If you must machine wash, we recommend washing in a mesh laundry garment bag and laying flat to dry.

Shipping & Returns

 

Returns Policy

Due to health regulations and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any product or gift cards.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift cards will not be reimbursed.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived or seems delayed, please contact us within 25 days from the date it was shipped so we can start a claim with the carrier.

After that time, carrier claim windows close, and we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost packages reported beyond the 25-day period.

We know shipping issues can be frustrating, and we’ll always do our best to help — timely notice ensures we can resolve it for you.

Do you do returns?

All items are a final sale, mostly due to the intimate nature of the products.
If you received the wrong item, or it is defective, please contact us.

I'm unsure about size/fit, what do I do?

Each product has a size guide attached.
If you have more questions, please contact us with your measurements and typical clothing sizes so we can make sizing recommendations. You can use the chat at the bottom of this window.
If you head to Instagram, there are item try ons in our highlights or you can send us a DM there and we can send the video to you!

My size isn't listed, can I special order it?

In some cases, we are able to special order sizes from the designers.
Some of our designers offer sizing XS-5X, while others offer sizing S-XL. Please contact us for specific product sizing.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

We do have a few items that we are able to restock from the designers. A lot of our styles have limited quantities available and are unable to be restocked.
